Who we are
Naia is a private beta project developed by David Pérez Martínez, based in Spain. As of today, there is no established legal entity — the project operates as a pre-commercial development activity. Contact: hola@naia.team
What data we collect
During the private beta, we collect only: • Email address, voluntarily provided when joining the waitlist. • Registration source (which section of the website you signed up from) and language preference. • Anonymous website usage data (analytics), without third-party tracking cookies.
How we use your data
Your email is used exclusively to: • Send you a confirmation that you're on the waitlist. • Notify you when your beta access is available. • Communications directly related to Naia (never spam or sharing with third parties).
How we protect your data
Data is stored on Convex (cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit). Emails are sent through Resend. We don't share your data with third parties beyond these infrastructure providers necessary for the service to function.
Retention and deletion
We retain your email for the duration of the private beta or until you request deletion. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to hola@naia.team.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hola@naia.team.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the project evolves. When the legal entity is established, we'll update this page with the responsible company's details. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
