Terms of Use
Last updated: March 9, 2026
Nature of the service
Naia is a project in private beta. The service is offered free of charge during this phase, with no commitment, availability guarantee or service level agreement. Features may change, expand or be removed without prior notice.
Who provides the service
The project is developed by David Pérez Martínez, based in Spain. As of today, no legal entity has been incorporated. When one is established, these terms will be updated with the responsible company's details.
Beta access
Access to the private beta is by invitation. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Spots are limited and granted gradually at the discretion of the Naia team.
Acceptable use
By using Naia, you agree to: • Provide truthful information. • Not attempt to access other users' data or compromise the security of the service. • Not use the service for illegal purposes.
Limitation of liability
Naia is offered "as is" during the beta phase. We do not guarantee the accuracy of processed data, continuous availability of the service or the absence of errors. The user is responsible for verifying critical information (especially tax and accounting data) before making decisions based on it. In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages, data loss or harm arising from the use of the service during the beta.
Intellectual property
Naia, its brand, design, code and content are the property of its creators. The data you input into Naia is yours — we never use it to train models and never share it with third parties beyond what is necessary for the service to function.
Pricing
During the private beta, access is completely free. When the service moves to a commercial phase, pricing will be communicated in advance. No charges will be made without prior consent.
Cancellation
You can stop using Naia at any time. If you want us to delete your data, write to us at hola@naia.team and we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Relevant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
